Eyelid, Brow & Forehead Procedures

Centre for Surgery offers the full range of upper-face procedures — blepharoplasty, brow lift, canthoplasty, hairline lowering, and forehead contouring. Whether you’re addressing hooded eyelids, under-eye bags, a heavy brow, or a high hairline, the right approach depends on your specific anatomy and goals — which is what we’ll assess at your in-person consultation.
Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) addresses heavy upper lids, under-eye bags, and excess skin around the Mesotherapy – Light Eyes for a fresher, more rested appearance. Performed at our Baker Street clinic in London as a day case under TIVA, it can be tailored to the upper lids, lower lids, or both.
Upper blepharoplasty removes excess skin and adjusts fat from the upper eyelids to address hooding, heaviness, and an aged or tired appearance. Performed at our Baker Street clinic as a day case under TIVA, typically taking 1-1.5 hours. Most patients return to work at 7-10 days.
Lower blepharoplasty addresses under-eye bags, skin laxity, and tear trough hollows for a fresher, less tired appearance. Performed at our Baker Street clinic as a day case under TIVA, typically taking 1.5-2 hours. Approaches include transconjunctival (scarless) and transcutaneous depending on the patient’s specific anatomy.
Asian blepharoplasty (double eyelid surgery) creates a supratarsal crease in the upper eyelid for patients without a natural crease, or refines an existing one. Techniques include full-incision, partial-incision, and suture-based methods matched to your specific anatomy and goals. Performed at our Baker Street clinic, typically 1-2 hours under TIVA.
Canthoplasty repositions the outer corner of the eye (lateral canthus) to correct a downturned or sagging appearance, create a more almond-shaped eye, or support the lower lid after blepharoplasty. Performed at our Baker Street clinic, often combined with lower eyelid surgery. Typically 45 minutes to an hour per side under TIVA.
Revision blepharoplasty corrects unsatisfactory results from previous eyelid surgery — including ectropion, scleral show, hollowing from over-excision, asymmetry, and residual skin or fat. A specialist procedure requiring experience in assessing previously operated tissue. Performed at our Baker Street clinic; techniques are matched to the specific post-surgical anatomy.
A brow lift (forehead lift) repositions the eyebrows and smooths the forehead to address brow descent, forehead lines, and upper-eyelid hooding caused by heavy brows. Performed at our Baker Street clinic under TIVA. Approaches include endoscopic, temporal, coronal, and direct — matched to your specific anatomy and goals.
Endoscopic brow lift raises the brows through 3-5 small incisions hidden in the hair, using a miniature camera for visualisation. Best for moderate brow descent with a normal hairline position. Performed at our Baker Street clinic under TIVA, typically 1.5-2 hours, with most patients back at desk work within days.
Temporal brow lift raises the outer (lateral) part of the brow through small incisions hidden in the hair at the temples — ideal for isolated lateral brow descent without full forehead involvement.
