In Cyberpunk 2077 the player takes control of V, a character with an existing personality and with one of three possible backstories. The player has a decent amount of creative control in determining how V looks, with the basics such as hair style, eye color, skin tone, tattoos and other visible cybernetic augmentations, but we all know which feature of character creation got the most attention prior to release. Unfortunately, this may have been premature as the customization options come up short with six permutations for male genitalia (two variations, three sizes) and only one option for female genitalia. Instead of having clearly-defined genders to choose from there are two body types -- the standard generic male and female model -- but you can put male genitalia on an otherwise female body or vice versa. Or have no genitals at all. Ultimately, make a character with whatever combination of parts you want to play as this choice seems to have no bearing on gameplay or the story.
24 hours after players complete Double Life, Judy will call V and urgently ask them to come to her apartment in Northside Watson. Once players arrive, they are met with a disturbing scene involving Evelyn Parker, and the dialogue at this point relies on players comforting Judy and agreeing to help her. Players can begin by lifting Evelyn's body and taking her to the bedroom, and no dialogue matters for this quest so long as players actually complete it and leave Judy's apartment.

Focus is an incredibly useful Handgun perk that also affects Precision Rifles and Sniper Rifles, two other weapon categories that the Cool attribute tree often encompasses alongside Handguns. At Level 1, Focus increases Headshot and Weak Spot damage, while level 2 unlocks Focus M
Then, long after, in the setup for the final mission of the story, players can choose to take Hanako's help. If they do, they'll be able to speak with 'Jackie' whose mind was uploaded to the Mikoshi after Arasaka took his remains. This conversation is relatively on par with the ofrenda in terms of quality, but it's a bit more cyberpunk 2077 Strategy (meaning nihilistic). This version of Jackie in the Net makes it clear in just a couple of lines that he's not 'actually' Jackie, more like a copy of his last memory and some other remaining fragments. It's tough and depressing, but that's just Night C
I Fought the Law is the first quest where players will meet River Ward, but the choices made here do not matter for River's romance; it's simply an introduction mission to River. It does not matter how players handle the enemies in the mission, or what V tells the Peralez family, or even what V tells River, as there are no consequences involved for River's future missions. Once the quest has been completed, players will have to wait a few in-game days for River Ward to call V, so just play a few quests and gigs in the meantime, or go AFK and skip time, as players are waiting for River's call to start The Hunt.
The Style Over Substance perk is one that benefits throwing weapon builds , and serves as the capstone to the throwing weapon branch of the Cool skill tree. When selected, Style Over Substance makes all throwing weapon attacks guaranteed to be Critical Hits, as long as they are thrown while V is dodging, dashing, sliding, or crouch-sprint
At Level 3, the eponymous Deadeye mode unlocks, greatly enhancing Headshot and Weak Spot damage with no bullet spread, but only when players are above 85% Stamina.
